The Echo is an award winning second-generation family run local newspaper that was established in May 1980. The Echo is a weekly newspaper, out every Thursday, serving Tallaght, Clondalkin, Ballyfermot, Lucan and surrounding areas with all the local news that matters to the community with weekly readership of over 25,000. In 2012 echo.ie was established and now boasts over 1 million site visitors a year.
