The Tribune

The Tribune Newspaper was a short lived titled which in its first edition outlines its goal and aim; "We do not represent any party or organisation. The initiation of this paper is due to the spontaneous coming to gather of a number of Irish business men, economists, scientists, agricultural experts, literary writers and Irish language scholars. This diversity of interest in the promoters, joined to the realisation of a common purpose and ideal, is itself an augury of hope and a pledge of many-sided activity and tolerance."
